Installation
We/you need somewhere to attach garland . we use twist ties to install. We will not hammer nails for install. if hanging is not a option on wall or surface we do have stands and freestanding structures for rentals. Example of freestanding is a Ring,Arch,Stand,or Chiara.

Cancelation Policy
when you book balloons we may ask you for 50-100% payment. Cancelation 72 hours from event time we can issuse a refund munis 15% for (restocking fee, Consultation time, and proceing fee) No refund will be given for less than 72 hour Cancelations . or when product is made..
